Dr. Fang Yongcong Awarded the ISBF Young Scientist Award

The 2024 International Biofabrication Conference (Biofabrication 2024) was held in Fukuoka, Japan, from November 11-13, 2024. The conference, organized by the International Society for Biofabrication (ISBF), is the premier international event in the field of biofabrication. During the award ceremony, the ISBF presented its prestigious honors, including the ISBF New Investigator Award, which recognizes early-career scientists. Dr. Fang Yongcong, a young faculty member in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Tsinghua University, was one of only three recipients globally.

The ISBF, founded in 2010, is an international academic organization dedicated to advancing the field of biofabrication. Its official journal, Biofabrication, is a leading publication in the biofabrication and biomaterials fields.
